For the “Online” mixing of the different types of peat to a homogeneous product, we have developed a radial belt mixer. The intensive mixing takes place between the two mixing shafts. The first mixing shaft is for the erection of the material, while the second shaft, with the spiral placed teeth (for an uniform mixing), stirs the material at high speed between the underlying band. A simultaneous working of the hoppers is needed for “Online” mixing.
