The MIX Pro® program has been specifically designed for the potting soil industry and can be used on mixing lines with a maximum of 16 volume dosing systems and 16 production lines (packing and/or bulk). The database of the program is able to contain an unlimited amount of recipes and can also be used to archive all production reports so you can have access to them whenever you want. And that’s is not all. You will also be able to save the graphs of trends of various doses so you will always be able to check the composition of your product even long after the products have been delivered. Every MIX Pro® program is made fit to the customer’s specification and is provided with a mimic of your mixing line.

The mimic
The mixing line’s actual situation has been visualized directly on the mimic. In case of an interruption at any hopper or conveyor belt there immediately will be a red warning sign on the screen along with a caption.

Calibration parameters
Evidently the MIX Pro® system has a lot of tools to make life easy for the user. For instance, to check the weighing hoppers for the periodical calibration, we have developed a tool to check the weighing hoppers rapidly and accurately and if necessary recalibrate the hopper.

Microsoft Windows technology
The MIX Pro® software has been developed on a Microsoft Windows platform. That means that a full integration with your office automation can be realized. Network solutions and connections with Microsoft Office software like Excel of Acces have already been realized.
